FLEX Rabbit Negative Control, Ready-to-Use (Dako Autostainer/Autostainer Plus), is intended for use in immunohistochemistry together with Dako Autostainer/Autostainer Plus instruments. These antibodies are intended for in vitro diagnostic use as negative control reagents. The use of universal negative control (UNC) antibody is recommended to ascertain nonspecific staining and will allow better interpretation of specific staining at the antigenic site. These reagents may be used to aid in the identification of cells, tissues or tissue components which may nonspecifically bind antibodies. In some tissues, nonspecific binding may occur, especially in neoplastic or necrotic tissue. The clinical interpretation of any staining or its absence should be complemented by morphological studies using proper controls and should be evaluated within the context of the patient's clinical history and other diagnostic tests by a qualified pathologist.
