Terminal Deoxynucleotidyl Transferase (TdT)
Reacts with the nuclei of normal T and B-lymphocyte precursors and their neoplastic equivalents.
The antibody is useful for the identification of precursor B-/T- acute lymphoblastic leukemias (ALL) and thymomas. For optimal results on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded specimens, heat-induced epitope retrieval using high pH buffer is recommended.

FLEX Polyclonal Rabbit Anti-Terminal Deoxynucleotidyl Transferase (TdT), Ready-to-Use (Dako Autostainer/Autostainer Plus), is intended for use in immunohistochemistry together with Dako Autostainer/Autostainer Plus instruments. This antibody is useful for the identification of precursor B-/T- acute lymphoblastic leukemias (ALL), and thymoma. The clinical interpretation of any staining or its absence should be complemented by morphological studies using proper controls and should be evaluated within the context of the patient's clinical history and other diagnostic tests by a qualified pathologist.
