Monoclonal Mouse Anti-Human
CD45, Leucocyte Common Antigen
Clone 2B11 + PD7/26
Reacts with CD45 in both normal and neoplastic cells.
Together with other antibodies, it is useful for differentiation of hematopoietic neoplasms, particularly of the lymphoid type, from poorly differentiated epithelial and mesenchymal neoplasms. Antibodies to CD45 may also aid in the diagnosis of lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin's disease.
Isotype IgG1, kappa + IgG1, kappa

Acute myeloid leukemia (FFPE) stained with FLEX Anti-CD45, Code IR751/IS751.
Acute myeloid leukemia. The neoplastic cells show a strong membranous staining reaction.
Clinical application for IR751/IS751. For identifying tumors of lymphoid origin.
B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma. The majority of the neoplastic cells show a strong membranous staining reaction.
Clinical application for IR751/IS751. For identifying tumors of lymphoid origin.
Tonsil. Lymphocytes show a strong membranous staining reaction, whereas histiocytes and macrophages show a weak to moderate membranous staining reaction. Surface epithelial cells should be negative.
Recommended control for IR751/IS751. Tonsil/Brain/Bone Marrow.
Cerebellum. The microglial cells show a weak to moderate and predominantly membranous staining reaction.
Recommended control for IR751/IS751. Tonsil/Brain/Bone Marrow.

Monoclonal Mouse Anti-Human CD45, Leucocyte Common Antigen, Clones 2B11 + PD7/26, is intended for use in immunohistochemistry. The antibody labels CD45 in both normal and neoplastic cells, and is a useful tool for identifying tumor cells of lymphoid origin (1-3). The clinical interpretation of any staining or its absence should be complemented by morphological studies using proper controls and should be evaluated within the context of the patient's clinical history and other diagnostic tests by a qualified pathologist.
PD7/26: Human peripheral blood lymphocytes maintained in T-cell growth factor (1).
Clones: 2B11 (1) and PD7/26 (1). Isotype: IgG1, kappa.
Mouse IgG concentration: see label on vial.
The protein concentration between lots may vary without influencing the optimal dilution. The titer of each individual lot is compared and adjusted to a reference lot to ensure a consistent immunohistochemical staining performance from lot-to-lot.
