MLL DNA Probe, Fluorochrome-Conjugated

The human MLL (ALL-1, HTRX1, HRX) gene consists of 37 exons spanning a region of 86 kb on chromosome 11 band q23. Y5401 is a probe based on a combination of DNA and PNA technology, and contains a two-part fluorochrome-conjugated DNA probe and unlabeled PNA blocking probes. The fluorochrome-conjugated DNA probe is a Texas Red-labeled DNA probe (MLL-Upstream) covering 239 kb centromeric to the MLL breakpoint cluster region and a fluorescein-labeled DNA probe (MLL-Downstream) covering 513 kb telomeric to the MLL breakpoint cluster region.
