Jones' Basement Membrane (PAS-M) Stain Kit, Artisan™
The Jones' Basement Membrane stain is used for visualization of basement membranes, specifically glomerular and tubular basement membranes in renal tissue. The Bowman's capsule is stained black, inner basement membrane - black to gray, nuclei - red, collagen - rose, and cytoplasm and other tissue is stained pink. This stain has been optimized for use on 2 µm thick tissue sections.
