ETV6 FISH DNA Probe, Split Signal

The human ETV6 (TEL) gene consists of 8 exons spanning a region of 240 kb on chromosome 12 band p13. Y5400 is a probe mix based on a combination of DNA and PNA technology, and contains two ready-to-use FISH DNA probes and unlabeled PNA blocking probes. The FISH DNA probes are a mixture of a Texas Red-labeled DNA probe (ETV6-Upstream) covering 264 kb telomeric to the ETV6 breakpoint cluster region and a fluorescein-labeled DNA probe (ETV6-Downstream) covering 483 kb centromeric to the ETV6 breakpoint cluster region.
