TCF3 FISH DNA Probe, Split Signal
The human TCF3 (E2A, ITF1) gene consists of 18 exons spanning a region of 41 kb on chromosome 19 band p13. Y5402 is a probe mix based on a combination of DNA and PNA technology, and contains two ready-to-use FISH DNA probes and unlabeled PNA blocking probes. The FISH DNA probes are a mixture of a Texas Red-labeled DNA probe (TCF3-Upstream) covering 286 kb centromeric to the TCF3 breakpoint cluster region and a fluorescein-labeled DNA probe (TCF3-Downstream) covering 567 kb telomeric to the TCF3 breakpoint cluster region.
