TCL1 FISH DNA Probe, Split Signal

The human TCL1A gene consists of 4 exons spanning a region of ~4 kb on chromosome 14 band q32. The human TCL1B gene consists of 3 exons spanning a region of ~6 kb on chromosome 14 band q32. Y5426 is a probe mix based on a combination of DNA and PNA technology, and contains two FISH DNA probes and unlabeled PNA blocking probes. The FISH DNA probes are a Texas Red-labeled DNA probe (TCL1-Downstream) covering 380 kb centromeric to the TCL1 breakpoint cluster region and a fluorescein-labeled DNA probe (TCL1-Upstream) covering 487 kb telomeric to the TCL1 breakpoint cluster region.
