These Dako reagents are based on the combination of two or more antibodies labeled with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) and R-phycoerythrin (RPE), respectively. This combination is particularly effective as both fluorochromes can be excited at 488 nm. The fluorescence emission for FITC is in the green region around 530 nm while the RPE emission is in the orange region above 570 nm.
