Clone MIB-1
The MIB-1 antibody has now been established as the reference monoclonal mouse antibody for the demonstration of the Ki-67 antigen, a nuclear antigen expressed by all human proliferating cells. The antibody recognizes proliferating cells at all stages of the cell cycle (late G1, S, M and G2 phases), but not cells in G0 phase.
