Monoclonal Mouse Anti-Human
Wilms' Tumor 1 (WT1) Protein
Clone 6F-H2
WT1 is a gene involved in the induction of Wilms' tumor, a pediatric renal malignancy.
Wilms' tumor 1 protein regulates transcription of other genes and can function both as a transcriptional activator and repressor. The antibody reacts with all isoforms of the full-length WT1 and also identifies WT1 lacking exon 2-encoded amino acids, frequently found in subsets of sporadic Wilms' tumors. WT1 expression has been demonstrated in the epithelial and blastemal components of Wilms' tumors and in the majority of malignant mesotheliomas as well as the majority of acute leukemias.
Serous ovarian adenocarcinoma (FFPE) stained with FLEX Anti-Wilms' Tumor 1 (WT1) Protein, Code IR055/IS055.
Ovarian serous adenocarcinoma. The majority of the neoplastic cells show a distinct nuclear staining reaction. A weak cytoplasmic staining reaction can also be seen in some cells.
Clinical application for IR055/IS055 For identification of Wilms' tumor, malignant mesothelioma and serous ovarian adenocarcinoma.
Disclaimer: Due to variances among color computer monitors, the colors you see on your screen may not be the exact colors of the stain. The image you see should be considered close renditions to the actual stain.
- Optimized staining performance of both high- and low-expression structures
- Crisp and clear staining with no background
- Optimal laboratory efficiency with ready-to-use antibodies on Dako Autostainer Link 48
FLEX Monoclonal Mouse Anti-Human Wilms' Tumor (WT1), Clone 6F-H2, Ready-to-Use (Link), is intended for use in immunohistochemistry together with Autostainer Link instruments. This antibody is useful for the identification of Wilms tumor, acute leukemias, malignant mesothelioma, serous ovarian adenocarcinoma, granulosa cell tumor, and other tumors. The clinical interpretation of any staining or its absence should be complemented by morphological studies using proper controls and should be evaluated within the context of the patient's clinical history and other diagnostic tests by a qualified pathologist.
