Monoclonal Mouse Anti-Human
CD23
Clone DAK-CD23
CD23 is primarily expressed on B cells and monocytes, including a strong expression on Epstein-Barr Virus-transformed B lymphoblasts.
Together with a panel of antibodies, anti-CD23 is particularly useful for differentiation between CD23-positive B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma and CD23-negative mantle cell lymphoma (1).

B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (FFPE) stained with FLEX Anti-CD23, Clone DAK-CD23, Code IR781/IS781.
B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma. The majority of the neoplastic cells show a distinct membranous staining reaction.
Clinical application for IR781/IS781. For identification of both normal B cells and malignant lymphomas such as B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma. Mantle cell lymphoma is generally negative for CD23.
Disclaimer: Due to variances among color computer monitors, the colors you see on your screen may not be the exact colors of the stain. The image you see should be considered close renditions to the actual stain.
- Optimized staining performance of both high- and low-expression structures
- Crisp and clear staining with no background
- Optimal laboratory efficiency with ready-to-use antibodies on Dako Autostainer Link 48
FLEX Monoclonal Mouse Anti-Human CD23, Clone DAK-CD23, Ready-to-Use (Link), is intended for use in immunohistochemistry together with Autostainer Link instruments. Antibodies to CD23 are useful for the identification of both normal B lymphocytes and malignant lymphomas. Together with a panel of antibodies, anti-CD23 is particularly useful for differentiation between B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma and mantle cell lymphoma (1). The clinical interpretation of any staining or its absence should be complemented by morphological studies using proper controls and should be evaluated within the context of the patient's clinical history and other diagnostic tests by a qualified pathologist.
Clone: DAK-CD23. Isotype: IgG1, kappa.
