Visualization Systems
Dako Autostainer visualization systems are applied after the primary antibody incubation, and provide clean, intense staining.
The kits are based on the LSAB™2 and LSAB™+ (labeled streptavidin-biotin) or different biotin-independent EnVision™ methods. Dako also offers an alkaline phosphatase anti-alkaline phosphatase (APAAP) visualization system. The ready-to-use reagents are provided in Dako Autostainer Reagent Vials, however, some kit components may require dilution. Please see package insert for details.
