This reagent is designed for optimal performance when used together with Dako PT Link, Code PT100/PT101, for 3-in-1 procedure for deparaffinization, rehydration, and heat-induced epitope-retrieval (HIER) of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections prior to staining on Dako Autostainer, Autostainer Plus, Autostainer Link Instruments or manual staining. This reagent can also be used as target retrieval solution (HIER) after conventional deparaffinization of the tissue sections.
