Polyclonal Rabbit Anti-Human
IgD
The antibody reacts with delta-chains of human IgD in splenic marginal zone lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, B-cell lymphocytic lymphoma, and rare subsets of multiple myeloma.
Splenic marginal zone lymphoma (FFPE) stained with FLEX Anti-IgD, Code IR517/IS517.
Splenic marginal zone lymphoma. The neoplastic cells show a strong membranous and cytoplasmic staining reaction.
Clinical application for IR517/IS517 For identification of human IgD (delta-chains) in splenic marginal zone lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, B-cell chronic lymphocytic/leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma and rare subsets of multiple myeloma.

- Optimized staining performance of both high- and low-expression structures
- Crisp and clear staining with no background
- Optimal laboratory efficiency with ready-to-use antibodies on Dako Autostainer Link 48
FLEX Polyclonal Rabbit Anti-Human IgD, Ready-to-Use (Link), is intended for use in immunohistochemistry together with Autostainer Link instruments. This antibody labels delta-chains of human IgD in splenic marginal zone lymphoma (1, 2), mantle cell lymphoma (2), B-cell lymphocytic lymphoma (2) and rare subsets of multiple myeloma. The clinical interpretation of any staining or its absence should be complemented by morphological studies using proper controls and should be evaluated within the context of the patient's clinical history and other diagnostic tests by a qualified pathologist.
