BCL3 FISH DNA Probe, Split Signal

The human BCL3 gene consists of 9 exons spanning a region of ~11 kb on chromosome 19 band q13. Y5411 is a probe mix based on a combination of DNA and PNA technology, and contains two ready-to-use FISH DNA probes and unlabeled PNA blocking probes. The FISH DNA probes are a mixture of a Texas Red-labeled DNA probe (BCL3-Upstream) covering 174 kb centromeric to the BCL3 breakpoint cluster region, and a fluorescein-labeled DNA probe (BCL3-Downstream) covering 495 kb telomeric to the BCL3 breakpoint cluster region.
