Mantle cell lymphoma. The neoplastic cells show a moderate predominantly membranous staining reaction.

Clinical application for IR517/IS517. For identification of human IgD (delta-chains) in splenic marginal zone lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, B-cell chronic lymphocytic/leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma and rare subsets of multiple myeloma.

Splenic marginal zone lymphoma. The neoplastic cells show a strong membranous and cytoplasmic staining reaction.

Clinical application for IR517/IS517. For identification of human IgD (delta-chains) in splenic marginal zone lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, B-cell chronic lymphocytic/leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma and rare subsets of multiple myeloma.

Tonsil. Mantle zone B cells show a moderate to strong staining reaction. The background should be negative or show only a minimal staining reaction.

Recommended control for IR517/IS517. Tonsil.
