Flow cytometric immunophenotyping is becoming an important tool for the diagnosis of acute and chronic leukemia. The method is also being used in conjunction with bone marrow or peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. To facilitate the process of selecting both the right combinations of antibodies and fluorochromes, Dako has tailored “ready-to-use” panels for leukemia and lymphoma immunophenotyping. These panels are described and outlined in the MultiMix™ Booklet.
