APAAP, Mouse

For use with primary mouse antibodies. The kit contains ready-to-use link antibody and ready-to-use APAAP in user-friendly dropper bottles. APAAP is soluble immunocomplexes of alkaline phosphatase and mouse monoclonal anti-alkaline phosphatase.

The substrate provided with the kit is a five-component naphthol phosphate/Fast Red.

Dako Autostainer templates for single and double APAAP protocols exist.
