Rabbit alveolar macrophage extract.
Specificity
Anti-Macrophage, RAM11 reacts with a cytoplasmic antigen in rabbit macrophages. The antigen recognized is so far uncharacterized. The antibody may be used in studies of the cellular components of arteriosclerotic lesions in animal models (1-5).
Species cross reactivity: The antibody labels rabbit macrophages; the antibody does not cross react with macrophages from human, monkey and rat.

Reagent Provided
Anti macrophage, RAM11 is provided in a liquid form as tissue culture supernatant (containing fetal bovine serum) dialyzed against 0.05 mol/L Tris-HCl, pH 7.2, and 0.015 mol/L sodium azide.
