EnVision™ Systems
Dako EnVision™* Systems are simple, two-step visualization systems of very high sensitivity. They are based on a unique enzyme-conjugated polymer backbone, which, in addition, also carries secondary antibody molecules. Endogenous biotin will not affect EnVision™ staining results.
EnVision™+ System has a particularly high sensitivity, and a recommended 30-minute incubation time with primary antibody and EnVision™+ Reagent, respectively.
EnVision™ G|2 Systems are 2nd generation EnVision™ visualization kits. This system is for the detection of antigens present in low concentrations and works with both concentrated and ready-to-use antibodies. The system is biotin-free, thus it significantly reduces non-specific staining resulting from endogenous avidin-biotin activity. EnVision™ G|2 Doublestain Systems are intended for for the simultaneous detection of two different antigens within the same specimen, and are compatible with suitably diluted rabbit and mouse primary antibodies..
