BCL10 DNA Probe, Fluorochrome-Conjugated

The human BCL10 gene consists of 4 exons spanning a region of ~12 kb on chromosome 1 band p22. Y5418 is a probe based on a combination of DNA and PNA technology, and contains a two-part fluorochrome-conjugated DNA probe and unlabeled PNA blocking probes. The fluorochrome-conjugated DNA probe is a Texas Red-labeled DNA probe (BCL10-Upstream) covering 343 kb centromeric to the BCL10 breakpoint cluster region, and a fluorescein-labeled DNA probe (BCL10-Downstream) covering 630 kb telomeric to the BCL10 breakpoint cluster region.
