Dako's extensive range of reagents for flow cytometry counts more than 200 ASR and IVD-approved products compatible with most flow cytometry instruments. Our single-color, dual-color and triple-color reagents are applicable to major flow cytometry instruments and are the carefully selected combinations of antibodies and fluorochromes. Our antibody/fluorochrome range includes FITC, RPE, APC, RPE-Cy-5, Pacific Blue and Cascade Yellow as well as our newly launched PerCP and PerCP-Cy5.5 reagents.
IVD-labeled reagents for detection and quantification of specific cells
The flow cytometry portfolio includes a range of IVD-labeled products for detection and quantification of CD2, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD19 and CD45. These products have an important role in the immunophenotyping of reactive lymphocytes and in the investigation of lymphoproliferative disorders.
Dako's kappa/lambda light chain reagents give excellent result
Dako is world known for being pioneer in the work of standardizing antibodies towards a fixed titer value guaranteeing a very low lot-to-lot variation. Our rabbit polyclonal antibodies are derived from a selective breeding of animals carefully chosen for their ability to produce large amounts of high affinity antibodies. The multiple epitope recognition sites of polyclonal antibodies often yield brighter signals than monoclonal antibodies - this is clearly the case with Dako's flow cytometry reagents for detection of kappa and lambda light chains. The excellent brightness is of particular relevance when analyzing cells with dim kappa/lambda light chain expression. Detecting kappa or lambda light chain expression on the surface of dim expressing cells will reduce the need for intracellular staining.
