Polyclonal primary antibodies

Dako was the first company to acknowledge the need for standardized antibody titer and we have a history of very low batch-to-batch variation. The titer variation between lots is less than 10%. Our rabbit polyclonal antibodies are derived from a selected breeding of rabbits carefully chosen for their ability to produce large amounts of high-affinity antibodies.

The first to market an ELISA chromogranin A test

With more than 15 years on the market, Dako was the first company to launch an ELISA kit to measure chromgranin A. The chromogranin A kit is a plasma and tissue marker for neuroendocrine tumors and the kit is designed for the quantitative determinations of CgA in human plasman (EDTA or heparin). The kit can be used for measuring chromogranin A in the range of 5 to 450 U/L.

Particle-enhanced cystatin C assay for turbidimetry and nephelometry

As one of the first on the market with a particle-enhanced turbidimetry assay for cystatin C, Dako offers vast knowledge and proven reliability. Cystatin C provides simple and fast estimation of the glomerulus filtration function. Our FDA 510(k)-cleared IVD cystatin C assay has flexible format and renders excellent performance.
