Tonsil. The squamous mucosa show a strong and diffuse cytoplasmic staining reaction in all cell layers. The interdigitating reticulum cells of the lymphoid tissue can be positive.

Seminoma. Focally, some neoplastic cells show a moderate cytoplasmic staining reaction, while the vast majorities are entirely nega-tive.
